Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme that originated on The Broke and The Bookish. As of January 2018, it moved to That Artsy Reader Girl.
This week’s theme is: Books I can’t believe I read
Why I’m Yours by S. Moose and C.A. Harms. Had a rape scene (which I generally don’t read) and ended up being a lousy book.
Alpha by Jasinda Wilder. Because this book was plain garbage.
Diamond Girl by Andrea Smith, because there was no likable characters in the book and the story was boring.
Fifty Shades of Grey by EL James, because, well, you know. Just bad dialogue.
Out of Time by Beth Flynn. Took me weeks to finish this and I was furious when it ended. Didn’t end up reading the third and final book either.
Takedown Twenty by Janet Evanovich. I read this because I loved the Stephanie Plum series, but by this book, it was old, boring and tired. I haven’t read one since.
Wicked Appetite by Janet Evanovich. Thought I would like because I like the author, but the book was not good at all.
Wicked Fall by Sawyer Bennett. She’s one of my go to authors, but this story was really bad and the m/c was just a horrible guy.
The Jungle by Upton Sinclair. Granted, I would not have read this horrible piece of crap had I not been forced to, but I did and I hated it.
Happy reading.
