Book Blurb:
“Hi Monty. Wanna see my python?”
That’s how I ended up in the bathroom of some dive bar with a stranger.
Me, Monty Andrews, the quintessential virgin girl next door.
I was so out of my element, but there was no denying our explosive attraction, even via text.
Commence Operation Bang Each Other Out of Our Systems, because that was all it was—unfinished business.
I had no intention of falling back into the sheets with the tattooed, muscly, dirty-in-the-best-kind-of-way single dad over and over again…but I did.
Everything was going great—until we discovered I was his son’s teacher.

5 stars
I received an advance copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
I can’t express to you accurately how much I loved this book. I read the first book in the series and adored it, somehow missed that there was a second book and jumped at the chance to read it. I was NOT disappointed.
Monty (short for Montana) has recently moved to Florida to live with her sister Denny (short for Denver) and get away from her very strict parents. Monty is a goody too shoes (in a good way) – she doesn’t curse (she says wiener instead of dick and it’s hilarious) and she doesn’t fool around with strangers.
That all changes one night at Lola’s, a dive bar, when she ends up making out with and getting frisky (just third base) with a hot, tattooed stranger in the bathroom. Why did he do this? When she said her name was Monty, he asked if she wanted to see his “python”, and that was the most original line she’d heard that night.
Monty’s a little insecure. She’s a pale ginger, who is beautiful but doesn’t seem to realize it. She leaves the stranger, Robbie, her phone number on a piece of paper and disappears.
Robbie can’t get the cute red-head out of his mind, so he decides to text her, thus beginning a relationship based on getting to know each other through hilarious texting.
I just adored Monty. She was strong while being vulnerable, and so incredibly funny, without trying to be. She was also incredibly nice. It was hard not to love her.
Robbie – not Robert, though Monty called him that – swoon-worthy Robbie. A single dad who is not ready to find love, but when he meets Monty, he’s knocked square on his ass. These two together were hysterical. I loved their back and forth. You’d think texts would be boring to read, but you’d be wrong. They made the book fun.
I loved this book. I absolutely recommend it. And the first one. And the second one, I’m sure, which I will be reading, when I catch up on all my ARC’s.
This sounds great and is definitely going on my TBR. Excellent review!
Thanks
